Fraudulent Orders or False Cases Opened

Zajorí has private legal counsel. If fraudulent orders are placed or false cases are opened, we will take legal action. Support small businesses.

Lost Packages

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit before reaching their destination. If your order shows "delivered" but was lost at the final location, we will not replace the order.

I received the wrong item or size

We are very sorry for this mistake! We know that mistakes can happen from time to time. If you received a different item than you ordered, please contact us through our contact page.

To process the claim, please send us:

• Your name

• Order number

• Email registered at the time of purchase

• Details of the incorrect product + photos

Returns

• All our jewelry is final sale and NOT returnable.

• All sale items are final sale and NOT eligible for return.

• The customer must cover the shipping cost for returns.

Color differences:

Colors may vary depending on each device's screen. If you are unsure about the exact shade of an item, please contact us before making your purchase.

Size exchange:

• All our items are inspected before shipping.

• If a ring or necklace doesn't fit, we offer a 7-day size exchange policy after delivery.

• You must contact us before returning an item.

Conditions for returns:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Some products are not eligible for return (restrictions apply).

• We only accept replacements for damaged items within the first 7 days after delivery.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
  • We do not exchange for other products.

Shipping and Returns

Once you approve the return, we will email you a prepaid return label. You will just need to drop it off at any USPS office or give it to a mail carrier.

We will inspect the item before approving the process.
