Shipping Policy

Please note the following:

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout or for packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping company but not received.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for a $5 reshipping fee. This fee is exclusively for shipping costs, as we do not receive discounts from USPS.

Additionally:

• All orders take 7–14 business days to be processed and shipped. This does not include weekends or additional shipping time required by USPS.

• Most of our accessories are made to order. We generally ship 2 times a week, but this may vary. For updates on shipping days, follow us on Instagram (@zajorishop), where we regularly post information via stories or posts.

International shipping:


We offer international shipping to several countries. The estimated delivery time is 6–21 business days.
*Important note:* some packages may be subject to customs duties or fees depending on the destination country. These must be covered by the customer.
